Shabbat In Chicago

Friday morning, after another sleepless night and early morning wake up, Lisa and I headed to Eddie Bauer outlet and then Old Orchard. We then came to Lanie's where we tried to help get ready for Shabbat. Friday night we were joined by my parents for a really yummy dinner(thanks Lanie and Ari-but mostly Lanie). Shabbat morning we didn't venture out to shul as it was freezing. We were joined by my parents, Janice and Matthew and Marissa and Co. for lunch. Lanie and Ari's friends stopped by in the afternoon and we attempted a dysfunctional game of Settlers. It was over when Shabbat ended. After cleaning up my Mom joined us and we ordered some seriously good sushi. I then gathered my things as Lisa and I were trading houses-and went with my Mom home to my parents new apartment where Yinon and I will be staying the rest of our trip.
